Conduit Health Partners is seeking a Paramedic for Life Flight Ground Services in St. Charles, Oregon. The role involves providing direct patient care and transportation in response to both emergent and non-emergent calls.
About the Role
As a Ground Paramedic, you will respond to calls, perform Advanced Life Support (ALS) patient assessments and triage, and execute ALS procedures under the direction of a Medical Control Physician. You will ensure that vehicles and equipment are ready for use, provide high levels of customer service, maintain accurate documentation, and demonstrate the ability to work independently under stress. Additionally, you will train new staff and maintain knowledge of EMS protocols.
About You
Required:
- Current paramedic-level certification.
- Valid State Driver’s License.
- BLS Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of a Paramedic program at the certificate or associates degree level.
Preferred:
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (required within 6 months of hire).
- NRP Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification (required within 6 months of hire).
- 1 Year of Paramedic Experience.
- Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) certification (required within 1 year of hire).
- ICS 100 & ICS 700 training.
