- High school diploma or GED.
- Missouri State EMTP, ACLS, and BCLS certifications.
- Missouri Class E driver's license or equivalent.
- Basic keyboarding skills.
- Experience using an ambulance and medical equipment.
- Knowledge of Missouri laws governing ambulances and personnel.
- Experience with investigations of incidents and conflicts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
