About the Role
As a Paraprofessional - ISS, you will conduct small group or individual classroom activities based on lesson plans developed by the teacher, assist with the supervision of students, and help students with the operation of computers and selected software. You will also check, review, and grade student work, assist with classroom record keeping, and monitor student behavior in various settings.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two years of college (60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours) with a college transcript or diploma as evidence of education.
- Experience working with computers and instructional software.
Preferred:
- Some experience working with children.
- Knowledge of child development and teaching methods.
