About the Role
As a Parcel Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with Implementation, IT, and Client Services teams to perform the setup and implementation of new clients, accounts, and carriers within proprietary systems. You will participate in client-facing communications as a subject matter expert, document client requirements, educate clients on invoicing and reporting, and provide issue resolution and training as needed.
About You
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in client-facing roles or project management.
- Familiarity with Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
