About the Role
As a Parish Campaign Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing fundraising campaigns for Catholic dioceses and parishes. Your duties will include developing work plans, managing volunteers, tracking fundraising progress, and providing insights into philanthropic trends. This position requires on-site work at client locations Monday through Friday, including regular weeknights and occasional weekends.
About You
Required:
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Cleveland, St. Paul, or Chicago for assignments and on-site work.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, and donors.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong public speaking and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in fundraising or transferable skills in consulting, communications, marketing, and strategic planning.
- Strong business acumen and computer proficiency.
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills.
- Foreign language proficiency.
