About You
- Five (5) years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience, or two (2) years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Certification by the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training in Basic Probation and Parole within eighteen (18) months of hire.
- Supervisory and Management Certification through DPSST within two (2) years of hire.
- Experience in direct supervision of multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices in parole and probation supervision.
- Experience coordinating with external partners such as treatment providers and law enforcement.
