About the Role
As a Part Sales Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, maintain effective communication with customers and staff, monitor sales goals and inventory accuracy, follow structured store procedures, collaborate with team members, lead parts sales and inventory management, enforce safety standards, support commercial accounts, and resolve customer concerns.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
- Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Preferred:
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
