About the Role
As a Part-Time 1st Shift Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools, troubleshooting equipment to diagnose problems, and ensuring the correct operation of machinery. Your duties will include maintaining and lubricating machine tools, welding and fabricating parts, and repairing or replacing faulty wiring and controls.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, and metal properties.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Preferred:
- Experience with welding and fabrication equipment.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
