About the Role
As a Part Time Auction Support Specialist, you will be responsible for recording bid amounts, entering customer data, processing sold units, and verifying vehicle information. You will work virtually with auctioneers to ensure accurate representation of vehicles and assist with customer requests through various channels. This position requires approximately 9-12 hours of work per week, primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Effective communication skills
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to remain focused during fast-paced activities
- Ability to lift 1-10 pounds
Preferred:
- Experience with AS400 system
- Familiarity with Salesforce for customer support
