About the Role
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home and community, collect and record data on child behaviors, and be available for weekly supervision by the Behavior Analyst. You will also attend team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
About You
Required:
- Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Interest in pursuing a career in the field of behavior analysis.
- CPR Certification.
