About the Role
As a Certified Peer Support Specialist, you will work within an interdisciplinary team to conduct assessments, monitor goals, and provide peer support interventions. You will engage with approximately 16 to 20 individuals weekly, participate in daily team meetings, and document interactions in the Electronic Health Record. Your responsibilities will include crisis planning, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
About You
Required:
- License required based on education and standards determined by educational/degree guidelines.
- Experience in peer support or mental health services.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner and Certified Peer Specialist.
- Experience in crisis response and harm reduction practices.
