About the Role
As a Part-Time Construction Site Safety Manager, you will conduct site safety inspections across multiple locations, ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, prepare and review Safe Work Plans, provide EHS training and guidance to site teams, maintain accurate documentation and reports, and collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate hazards.
About You
Required:
- 5–8 years of experience on civil and heavy construction projects.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (within the last 4 years).
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER with current 8-hour refresher.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Board Certified Safety Professional (CHST, ASP, CSP).
- Active membership in ASSP (American Society of Safety Professionals).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork).
