Paylocity is seeking a Part Time Distribution Assistant to join their team in Springfield, NJ. The role involves accurately preparing and packaging payroll checks for delivery to ensure exceptional service to clients.
About the Role
As a Part Time Distribution Assistant, you will be responsible for matching orders' checks/vouchers, reviewing pack out sheets, performing weekly inventory, operating and troubleshooting equipment, assisting with training new hires, and ensuring timely communication with clients and couriers. This position requires you to work in-office, three days a week, from 11am to 8pm EST.
About You
Required:
- Experience in packing, mail room or distribution environment.
- High School or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- 6 months of experience working at a PCTY Distribution center.
- Experience with operator maintenance and minor repairs to printing and finishing equipment.
