About the Role
As a Community Transportation Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting individuals from their homes to Opportunities, Inc. facilities in the mornings and back home in the afternoons. You will maintain a clean and safe vehicle, ensure compliance with local and state driving laws, and complete all required documentation. Additionally, you will build positive relationships with passengers and communicate effectively with families and staff.
About You
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of driving experience.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- Proven initiative and self-starter attributes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
