About the Role
As a Part-Time Group Therapist, you will guide patients through their therapeutic journeys, delivering evidence-based group therapy using practices such as DBT, CBT, and ACT. You will collaborate with clinicians and case managers to ensure comprehensive care, maintain treatment plans, and adhere to compliance regulations.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) actively licensed in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in higher levels of care such as PHP, IOP, inpatient, or residential settings.
- Experience facilitating group therapy and confidence in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse populations, including Medicaid patients.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with technology platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Electronic Health Records.
