As a Part Time Home Care Aide (HCA), you will be responsible for offering companionship and personal care to clients, assisting with daily activities, and providing care for individuals with chronic diseases or recovering from surgery. You will work flexible hours, matched with clients based on your skills and personality, and have the opportunity to earn shift bonuses for fill-in work.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of one year experience in-home care (professional or private).
- Must be 18 years old and able to work legally in the US.
- Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 with shot record.
- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills - bilingual and multilingual caregivers welcomed.
- Must be able to use a smartphone for electronic visit verification (EVV) and caregiver notes.
- Ability to pass extensive background checks, including Live Scan fingerprinting.
- Have a negative TB screening within the last 90 days.
- Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry.
- Be compassionate, understanding, flexible, and have a true desire to help others.
