About the Role
As a Part-Time Learning Assistant, you will work closely with faculty and staff to motivate and assist students, provide tutoring services, and serve as a role model for student success. Your responsibilities will include facilitating active learning activities, consulting on student progress, guiding students in using educational software, and maintaining activity logs.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and completion of one specified college disciplined course.
- Must be enrolled in a regionally accredited educational institution and in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of college organization, goals, and policies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
