About the Role
As a Part-time Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of building maintenance such as cleaning and vacuuming carpets, sorting and distributing mail, picking up trash around the building's perimeter, painting, light housekeeping duties, stocking custodial closets and coffee bars, and assisting Administrative and Maintenance associates with other building-related maintenance tasks as they arise.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
- High interest in mechanical work or working with your hands.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver/transport objects weighing up to 200-300 lbs.
- Able to work outside or on ladders for long periods of time.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
