About the Role
As a Part-Time Parks Groundskeeper I, you will perform routine landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, planting, and maintaining flower beds. You will assist higher-level grounds employees, operate groundskeeping equipment, and participate in landscape construction projects. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve snow removal duties.
About You
Required:
Be at least 16 years old and a high school graduate or equivalent.
Have at least six months of full-time work experience in groundskeeping.
Possess a valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license.
Preferred:
Ability to understand and follow written and oral directions.
Experience with groundskeeping or landscaping.
Physical condition to perform manual duties outdoors in varying temperatures.
