About the Role
As a Part Time Patient Check-In Representative, you will be responsible for professionally greeting patients, conducting health screenings, verifying patient demographics and insurance information, and ensuring all necessary forms are completed. You will also collect payments, manage cash processing, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the clinical unit.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of administrative experience in a business setting (healthcare or hospitality preferred)
- Beginner level computer proficiency
- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of check-in or registration procedures and self-pay collections in a healthcare environment
- Working experience with cash handling and end of day balancing procedures
