About the Role
As a Part Time Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patients, completing the check-in and check-out process, documenting patient information, answering patient inquiries, maintaining patient records, coordinating appointment scheduling, and performing various administrative functions. You will work collaboratively with staff and doctors to ensure a smooth patient experience.
About You
Required:
- One to two years of administrative experience with at least one year providing administrative support.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office package.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Proven problem-solving, negotiations, and decision-making skills.
