About the Role
As a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician, you will conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of children and their families, provide evidence-based therapy, and work closely with parents and educators to create a supportive network. You will maintain clinical records, participate in team meetings, and engage in regular clinical supervision.
About You
Required:
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in a mental health field from an accredited graduate program.
- Independent license in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC) preferred but not required.
- Passion for working with children and families.
Preferred:
- Experience with neurodiverse children.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to be a team player.
