About the Role
As a Part-Time Psychotherapist, you will assess residents' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide individual or group therapy. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent clinical care and maintain open communication with facility staff. Your responsibilities include documenting treatment sessions, adhering to legal and ethical standards, and ensuring patient confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in social work or a related field.
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Preferred:
- Experience in providing therapy in long-term care settings.
- Knowledge of assessment techniques and psychotherapy methods.
