About the Role
About You
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
- 2 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year of hospice or equivalent nursing experience.
- Sensitivity to and knowledge about end-of-life issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Comfortable working with socioculturally diverse patients/families.
- Demonstrates ability to manage pain and control symptoms.
- Demonstrates flexibility and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptable to frequently changing patient needs.
- Adaptable to technology.
