About the Role
As the Partial Hospitalization Program Director, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the program's budget, cultivating relationships with providers and agencies, and promoting the program's growth. You will oversee clinical services, conduct staff meetings, provide supervision, and ensure effective treatment planning and quality assurance.
About You
Required:
- Masters Degree in Social Work or related Program, or PhD in Psychology from an accredited college or University.
- LICSW or LMHC required.
- Five years of psych experience preferably in a community health setting.
Preferred:
- 3 years post licensure preferred.
- Minimum of two years as a clinical supervisor or program manager preferred.
