About the Role

As a Partner at Arc Bio Communications, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of business, leading client engagements, and delivering strategic guidance to senior stakeholders. You will drive business development and account growth while overseeing project planning and team management. The role requires a deep understanding of the US Biopharma market and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in strategic communications, marketing, or similar organizations with an emphasis on healthcare and life sciences.
Experience creating and managing key client relationships, preferably with executive-level stakeholders.
Strong people leadership abilities and a collaborative spirit.

Preferred:

Experience in scientific and strategic communications.
Ability to lead organizational transformation and change communications.
Strong grasp of corporate, commercial value, and policy communications.
