About the Role
As a Partner Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment, you will be responsible for managing Wage & Hour cases, conducting depositions and court appearances, drafting and opposing motions, and investigating claims. You will also serve as Special Counsel or Of Counsel, contributing to a growing team of over 300 attorneys.
About You
Required:
- Active California bar license.
- Experience in Wage & Hour cases.
Preferred:
- 6-12 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney.
- Familiarity with EEOC, NLRB, and OSHA practice areas.
- Experience in both single plaintiff (FEHA) and class action (PAGA) litigation.
- Large law firm experience.
