Bluu, Inc. is seeking a full-time bilingual Partner Business Manager to join their headquarters in Hackensack, NJ. The role involves developing and managing channel business to maximize sales and revenue growth.
About the Role
As a Partner Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners while driving market expansion and brand awareness. Your daily tasks will include managing sales activities of partners, coordinating business plans, analyzing market trends, and providing performance coaching to exceed sales expectations.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a channel management or partner management role.
Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
Korean and English bilingual.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
Able to travel up to 25%.
