About the Role
As a Partner Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and strategy. You will be responsible for leading strategic integrations, scoping technical requirements, and collaborating with various teams to translate business goals into technical plans. This role requires you to build trusted relationships with partner engineering and product leaders and represent Replit in technical discussions.
About You
Required:
- 5-8+ years of software engineering, dev relations, sales engineering, or partner engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with common integrations and APIs.
Preferred:
- Business/customer facing roles with a rich technical background.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
- Background in SaaS platforms or B2B integrations.
