Ringover North America is seeking a Partner Growth Manager (CRM & Helpdesk Ecosystems) to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves building, growing, and enabling a network of CRM and Helpdesk partners to drive high-quality referrals and contribute to Ringover's growth.

About the Role

As a Partner Growth Manager, you will identify new partnership opportunities, develop strong relationships with CRM integrators and agencies, and expand Ringover's referral and partner program. Your responsibilities will include researching and recruiting new partners, engaging with decision-makers, delivering presentations and training, and monitoring partner performance to optimize collaboration.

About You

Required:

3–5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development in a SaaS environment.
Familiarity with CRM and Helpdesk ecosystems such as HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Zoho, or Freshsales.
Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized and data-driven, comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track partner performance.
A self-starter with a 'builder' mindset, comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments.
