Sealed is seeking a Partner Manager to join their team in Springfield, MA. The role involves being the driving force behind the success of contractor partners in weatherization and electrification rebate programs.
About the Role
As a Partner Manager, you will build deep relationships with contractors, educate them on program requirements, monitor their performance, and provide creative problem-solving solutions. You will balance sales enablement and account management to ensure partners maximize their participation in rebate programs while keeping projects on track.
About You
Required:
1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program operations.
Experience working with construction professionals, contractors, or home services businesses (ideally in HVAC, weatherization, electrical or plumbing).
Experience training others, both one-on-one and in large group settings.
Experience working toward quotas and targets, with a focus on results.
Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoHo etc.)
Preferred:
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and thrive in structured environments.
Creative problem solver who can think outside the box.
Significant attention to detail.
