Summary
Revi is seeking a Partner Success Manager to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves managing partner relationships and driving partner success through strategic engagement and transaction enablement.
About the Role
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing partner relationships, delivering exceptional partner experiences, tracking partner health and performance, and executing programs that drive transactions and product adoption. You will collaborate with product teams to enhance the platform experience and serve as a trusted advisor to partners.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles (Partner Success, Customer Support, Onboarding, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and execute with confidence
Preferred:
- Track record of success in relationship management, growth, or service environments
- Familiarity with restaurants and SMBs and Mid Market
- Highly organized with strong time management and decision-making skills
- Bilingual (bonus)
