About the Role
As a Partner Technical Architect - Agentforce, you will be responsible for conducting design reviews, building reference implementations, and advising on partner technical artifacts. You will collaborate with Salesforce Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform and model agent economics to help partners build sustainable delivery models.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience, with deep expertise in Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein AI.
- 3+ years of production AI/ML experience, including LLM deployments and advanced prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of regulated industry requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2) and enterprise security patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills to lead architecture conversations at both strategic and technical levels.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Technical Architect certification or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials.
- Experience at a tier-1 system integrator or in a field CTO capacity.
- Published thought leadership such as conference talks or technical blog posts.
- Experience designing certification programs or partner enablement frameworks.
