CNH is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Manager - Construction Equipment to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves developing the Aftermarket business in the assigned territory and meeting financial targets for Parts, Attachments, and Service products.
About the Role
As a Parts & Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Aftermarket business plan with dealers, driving commercial plans to increase sales, supporting product management in new business opportunities, preparing budget proposals, implementing service processes, and leading brand growth initiatives. You will work closely with dealers to enhance service capabilities and profitability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of parts or service experience at an OEM or dealer in the construction equipment, agricultural equipment, truck or automotive industry.
- Associate Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma / GED with 9+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English & French or willingness to learn basic French.
- Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
- Aftermarket Business Acumen.
- Product knowledge in construction or industrial equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
