About the Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the parts sales process from start to finish, communicating with customers about parts status, and ensuring high-level service to both internal and external customers. You will also handle order fulfillment, maintain stock accuracy, and assist with billing and payment processes.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
Preferred:
- Experience with auto parts sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
