Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join their team in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves managing the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of parts received, communicating customer requests to team members, and managing parts distribution according to the production schedule. You will also enter parts invoices into the Management Information System and monitor vendor performance.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience with auto body parts.
I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).
