About the Role
As a Parts Counter, you will be responsible for managing the parts sales process from start to finish, answering customer inquiries, verifying parts orders against estimates, pulling and filling orders from stock, and ensuring accurate billing for internal requests. You will also handle payments from retail customers and maintain stock accuracy through regular checks.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, area, circumference, and volume.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Prior auto parts sales experience.
- General parts knowledge.
