As the Party/Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of party and event logistics, driving sales growth, building partnerships with local organizations, leading a team of party hosts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will also be involved in developing new event themes and community programming.

Required:
Experience in event management, hospitality leadership, or a high-volume sales role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
