About the Role
As a Party Chief, you will oversee a survey crew of 1-5 people, complete boundary and topographic surveys, and work with construction plans for large commercial projects. You will perform 90% of your work in the field, ensuring adherence to safety policies and maintaining positive client relations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Crew Leader/Party Chief.
- Construction staking and data collection systems experience required.
- Proficient with Robotic Total Station.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred:
- Five or more years of experience as a Crew Leader/Party Chief.
- Surveying license or LSIT.
- Strong experience performing complex surveying calculations.
- Experience with Trimble or similar software.
- Commercial construction experience.
