About You
- At least 3 years of experience as a registered Patent Agent, with 5+ years preferred.
- Strong background in biophysics, biomedical engineering, computational biology, bioinformatics, data science or AI/ML.
- Proficiency in drafting patent applications and related documentation throughout all phases of the patent prosecution process.
- Experience managing clients and developing portfolios.
- Excellent academic credentials with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Active member in good standing of the California state bar for attorney candidates.
