About You
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Less than 1 year of front desk or physician office experience.
- Customer Service and Safety Reporting Training within 90 days.
- Introduction to Medical terminology within 180 days.
- Insurance and Compliance Training within 1 year.
- Diploma Program Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training (Professional Medical, Administrative or Business School).
- Knowledge of medical office operations including reception, billing, and insurance.
