About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Three years of experience in a healthcare setting, call center, or customer service operations.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting.
- CMA - Certified Medical Assistant or LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse certification.
