- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills including medical-based programs.
- Associate's Degree.
- Medical Terminology Certificate.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other software programs.
- Over three years of related health care experience including working with third party payers.
- CHAM (Certified Healthcare Access Manager) or CHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate) encouraged.
