About the Role
As a Patient Access Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying key ADT information, scheduling patient appointments, completing necessary documentation, utilizing price estimation tools, and participating in departmental quality assurance efforts. You will work rotating night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of customer service and/or clerical experience
