About the Role
As a Patient Access Program Manager, you will be an essential member of the Patient Access Corporate Services team, reporting directly to the Administrator, Patient Access Services. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational policies, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance patient access services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Analytics.
- 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience in a tertiary care setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare-based applications.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Preferred:
- One additional year of leadership or management experience in a healthcare or related setting.
- Experience with EPIC systems.
