About You
- Certification in Non-Aggressive Crisis Management; must be obtained during department orientation and maintained throughout employment.
- Completion of Patient Access – General Consent Orientation and Patient Financial Experience Training within 30 days of hire.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA).
- Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, or other language.
