About the Role
As a Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for registering patients, interpreting insurance benefits, and ensuring compliance with third-party payer regulations. You will also handle customer relations and complete various administrative duties as assigned, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- 2 years of Customer Service experience.
Preferred:
- Associate Degree or higher.
- 1 to 2 years of Registration and/or Billing experience within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, detail orientation, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
