You will also educate patients about financial liabilities, verify insurance coverage, and assist with scheduling diagnostic procedures and post-discharge care.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0 – 1 year in a Customer Service role.
Preferred:
- 0 – 1 year administrative experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
- Some college coursework is preferred.
