You will work in various settings including front desks and emergency care areas, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare patient access department or hospital.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service work experience.
Preferred:
- Epic Registration and/or Scheduling experience.
