About You
Required:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Completion of EPIC Cadence and Prelude training with passing exam.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Customer-service oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in arts or business.
